Stafy as a whale, a ghost, and in the third dimension

New details on the next Legend of Stafy game, Densetsu no Stafy: Taiketsu Daiiru Kaizokudan, reveal Stafy can transform into a whale and a chicken. In the Kyuugoma suit Stafy can swim fast through the water and ram into other underwater creatures. When Stafy dons the chicken outfit a small group of baby chicks follow behind him. Stafy’s fourth costume allows him to turn into a ghost and phase through walls.

Outside of the platforming, Densetsu no Stafy: Taiketsu Daiiru Kaizokudan has mini-games too. You can help Stapy make Takoyaki (fried octopus snacks) by stuffing her saltwater friends in dough. That mini-game is for one player only, but Densetsu no Stafy: Taiketsu Daiiru Kaizokudan has one cartridge downloadable mini-games like a coin collecting game.

As a final extra, Stafy and Stapy become virtual dolls that you can dress up with the touch screen. You can make Stafy a doctor and spin him around in 3D. While this isn’t the first time Stafy is in 3D, this is the first second time he’s in 3D in his own game.
